3.1. Availability of the service

Each product is accompanied by the following details:

Castelbajac has made every effort to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, the colour of the products appearing on screen may differ slightly depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, Castelbajac cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen exactly reflect the actual colours.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will only be valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.
3.3. Purchase process
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to your shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping cart will contain the name of the selected item, its size, the quantity and the price (in EUR) (price incl. VAT). The price indicated does not include transport costs, as rates may vary depending on the delivery method selected.
To complete the purchase, we will need the user's details, which will be stored in our database so that we can process the order and facilitate future purchases on the website. The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The user may access, at any time, the personal data submitted and the information on all their orders. Promeco NV reminds users that they must fill in their details as accurately as possible to avoid any confusion or incident during the shipment of the purchased item(s). In addition, if the user expressly requests it, they will receive information and publications relating to Promeco NV by mail and/or SMS.
Once the purchase order has been fully completed, and before the order is sent, the user will see a summary of the order identifying the purchased item, its total price (including transport costs and taxes) with a breakdown of each item, as well as the delivery details of the order, so that the user can confirm it by clicking the 'Proceed to next step' button.
Purchases can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, eCheck, PayPal) or using PayPal. No payment method other than those specifically provided for in these terms of sale will be accepted. For credit or debit card payments, the amount will be charged online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, after verifying that the data provided by the user is correct.
After confirmation of the transaction, an email is sent to the address provided by the user with an overview of the order and the personal data provided. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or a possible error in entering the email address. In both cases, Promeco NV recommends that the user contact Customer Service.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. Payment and currency
The prices shown on this website are indicated in euros.
Promeco NV allows its users to choose the destination country at the start of the purchase so that they can see the product prices, including all corresponding taxes.
4.2. Value Added Tax
In accordance with the legislation in force in Belgium, Promeco NV is required to apply value added tax (VAT) on all products sold. VAT will be applied at the corresponding rate in accordance with the legislation in force.
4.3. Payment methods
Promeco NV will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) and with PayPal.

If the payment method chosen by the user is a credit or debit card, the amount will be charged online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, after verifying that the data submitted is correct.

Castelbajac agrees to process payment via the PayPal system.
4.4. Payment security
In order to ensure maximum security for the payment system, Promeco NV uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this respect, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly, encrypted (SSL), to the corresponding financial institution. With regard to payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express card, Promeco NV only accepts SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol, recognisable by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey methods. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in transactions over the Internet. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then contact the card-issuing bank and ask it to authorise the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the card-issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined. We also hold the GeoTrust SSL online transaction security certificate.
As an additional measure to the 'secure payment' system and in order to help prevent fraud on the Internet, Promeco NV reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered in accordance with the data on the order.
4.5. Purchase limit
Promeco NV does not permit the purchase of Castelbajac products for subsequent resale. Customers who wish to make purchases above the said amount or quantity of items for purposes other than resale must contact Customer Service, which will inform them of the various options for making the desired purchase.
5. DELIVERY
Items purchased on https://www.castelbajacparis.com will be shipped via an international courier company and delivered within approximately 2 to 9 working days.

To avoid incidents during delivery (incorrect addresses, no one available at the indicated address, etc.), it is essential to fill in the appropriate form correctly; we strongly advise you to clearly specify a contact telephone number.
The transport price is calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the destination country and the items purchased. The exact transport price will be calculated each time a new item is added to the shopping cart and will be detailed on the page summarising the purchase before the order is confirmed by the customer by clicking the "Proceed to next step" button and before entering the payment details.
It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or PO boxes.
Shipping costs may be changed at any time without notice. This change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and when the contract is published on this website. In any event, the shipping costs displayed at the time of placing the order will remain valid.
6. EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY
6.1. Exchange and/or return conditions
If, after receiving their order, the customer is not satisfied, Promeco NV allows them to change the size of the purchased item or to send it back within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, provided the item has not been used and is not damaged. Promeco NV therefore cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless the item is defective).
An item cannot be exchanged for a different model, only for another size. To exchange an item, it must be returned and a new one ordered. Before returning a product, the customer must first submit this form.
Any return of purchased items must be carefully packaged, and you must include either the delivery note or the duly completed return form with your parcel.
If you have lost the said delivery note when making the exchange or return, you can download the return form by going to the page showing the order details (under the Orders section) available on https://www.castelbajacparis.com.
6.2. Exchanges and/or returns by post
A size exchange or the return of purchased items can also be made by ordinary post, by sending the parcel to the following address:

In this case, Promeco NV recommends sending the return by registered post or with acknowledgement of receipt. The shipping costs for items the customer wishes to exchange or return by post are borne by the customer, and Promeco NV will under no circumstances accept returns sent carriage forward (postage due).
6.3. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without paying any compensation and without giving any reason within 30 calendar days, in accordance with European law. The withdrawal period expires 30 calendar days after the day on which the customer received the goods. Return costs are borne by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notification concerning the exercise of this right be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all amounts paid in connection with the purchase, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days after the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever occurs first.
The customer must send back or hand over the goods to us directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which they notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the customer sends back the goods before the period expires.
To return the goods, the customer may use the services Promeco NV makes available: free return in store and return by post, the latter method involving additional costs that the customer must bear.
6.4. Refunds
After receiving the item(s), Promeco NV will verify that they are in good condition and will then either send out the requested size (if the customer has asked for an exchange) or process the refund of the amount paid, using the same means of payment used at purchase (in the case of a return).
The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from the date the return is received at Promeco NV's warehouses. After checking the condition of the returned items, we will inform the customer by email.
The refund for returned items will always be processed using the same means of payment used at purchase.
Should Promeco NV have sent an item other than the one ordered by the customer in error, or if the quality of the item sent was not as expected, Promeco NV — after verifying the error or defect — will refund the amount of the returned item as well as the shipping costs. If an order containing an error or defect is returned by ordinary post, Promeco NV will bear the corresponding return transport costs, provided the customer includes the document justifying the return costs with their parcel. The refund of transport costs will be processed after the refund of the item amount.
7. REGISTRATION
The data provided by customers upon registration will be used by Promeco NV solely to process orders and facilitate navigation and the purchase process on the website. In addition, subject to the customer's express acceptance, Promeco NV will inform them by email of its new products, actions and promotions.
Promeco NV guarantees that the data provided by customers will not be shared with third parties or with companies outside Promeco NV.
